By far the worst managed Home Depot I have ever been too. I am a busy contractor and visit all the hardware stores along the coast regularly. I won't shop at this one and I think the poor service is a reflection of poor management.

The wife and I stopped in to H.D to look at some window coverings. We were greeted by Christine W. whom is the “Flooring Specialist”. She was great in helping us pick out some blinds and Roman shades for our new house. We didn’t exactly know what we wanted but she was patient and guided us through the process and helped us pick out some great things. Thanks again Christine!

I bought a 🪟 window AC last fall 🍂🍁 when I was online looking at AC units Home Depot has I found one that said it would do 450 ft That's bigger than what I needed so I figured this would be just right for me When I got it home I noticed on the box that it was not accurate It says it does 300 ft That's a big difference between 300 and 450 When I plugged it in I noticed it didn't blow cold air it blew cool air I'm not used to window units so I figured that's just how this 110 volts unit works because of the low square footage I barely used it for the fall 🍁🍂 and spring 🌼🌼🌱 time It no longer blows cool ❄️ ❄️ air It seems like every time I buy something that's electronic from Home Depot It turns out to be a piece of crap that you can't return I bought a hot water heater that I never got to use because it broke while being installed And I got ignored by the company that made it and by Home Depot I have bought another hot water heater from Home Depot and it doesn't get as hot as it says it's supposed to It was a small tankless unit I will no longer be a customer of Home Depot since their policy now is you got 30 days to find out that they sold you garbage 🗑️🗑️🗑️

I want to take a moment to recognize Lee Y. at Home Depot at the Biloxi MS store, for providing truly outstanding customer service. After experiencing a frustrating situation earlier, Lee completely turned things around for me. From the moment he stepped in, he was attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making things right. He didn’t just point me in the right direction—he stayed with me and helped me from start to finish, making sure I found exactly what I needed and that everything was handled properly. What really stood out was his patience, knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond. It’s rare to come across someone who takes that level of pride in helping customers, and it made a huge difference in my experience. Because of Lee, what started off as a bad visit ended on a very positive note. Home Depot is fortunate to have someone like him on their team. Thank you again, Lee—you truly represent what great customer service should look like!
